Interagency Agreement

This is an interagency agreement to coordinate services provided by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Department of Health Services to students with disabilities transitioning from high school and adults with disabilities who have expectations for integrated competitive employment.  It includes the federal and state legislative authority and scope of each agency; mutual priorities under the agreement; common statewide commitments in areas of training, professional development, orientation and information sharing; agency-specific commitments in administering services and interfacing with other parties to the agreement.  It also includes procedures for resolving intra and inter agency conflict and conflict between agencies and consumers.
