Employment Data Systems: Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities

Describes the Florida Supported Employment Tracking System developed to monitor progress towards reaching employment goals for people with ID/DD.  Essay describes system goals, the design of the data system, the data elements that are collected, the degree to which the system is standardized across the state, who data is collected on, the frequency of data collection, data sources, linked systems, how the data is used, analyzed, and shared, successes and challenges, areas for future development, lessons learned and implications for other states.
