Career Development and Transition for Exceptional Individuals

This article reports the consensus of field experts on operational definitions and essential program characteristics associated with research-based predictors of successful transition of students with disabilities from high school. The purpose is to aid in the implementation of research findings on predictors of successful transition outcomes.
