Needs Assessment

Our needs assessment is conducted during the annual on-site visit. It includes face-to-face interviews with the key leadership in each state and members of the state’s Partnerships in Employment Consortium. In addition, a web-based survey is administered throughout the state to obtain the opinions of other people who may not be Consortium members but are still close to the issue.

Our technical assistance team addresses:

  • Funding and contracting
  • Staff training and prescriptive and timely information
  • Services and innovation
  • Employment performance measurement, quality assurance, and program oversight
  • Youth development and leadership
  • Family engagement
