Describes the implementation experiences of seven Youth Transition Demonstration projects for improving education and employment outcomes for youth and young adults with disabilities. Provides lessons for policymakers and program operators in the design and implementation of employment programs for youth with disabilities, particularly in areas of blended funding, interagency collaboration, and performance measurement and data management.
