Promising Practices by State Agencies: Collaboration

Website contains descriptive summaries of state practices that encourage formal and informal interagency relationships to more holistically support individuals with ID/DD in employment.   Summaries include descriptions of collaborative programs, the contexts in which they were developed, how they have been implemented, impacts, suggestions for replication of program elements and principles and contact information.
