Memorandum of Understanding

Joint agreement among state agencies supporting the transition of youth with disabilities from school to work or postsecondary education.  Includes sections on parties, purpose, scope, program overview and roles, outcomes, strategies, dispute resolution, and provisions for modifying, extending and terminating agreement.
