Collaboration Strategies to Facilitate Successful Transition of Students with Disabilities in a Changing Higher Education Environment

Describes University of Connecticut strategies for working with students with disabilities transitioning from high school from pre-admission through their college experience for the purpose of accommodation, ensuring nondiscrimination, and assisting in the transition process.  Includes inter-departmental collaboration within the university and collaboration with secondary schools and the Connecticut Department of Education.
